Well, guess what.  The "healthy guacamole" recipe that I pinned on my Food Board refused to let itself be shown in my photo stream so here are Emily's delicious-looking cupcakes she made from the other day.  They are strawberry.  I eat chocolate-type stuff.  I didn't try one of these cupcakes but they sure are pretty!

I noticed I wrote "2012" on the first day of the new year.  Classic!

There was a facebook or pinterest challenge, I can't remember which, to post a picture a day in 2013.  Take a picture, any picture, and post it.  I thought that sounded interesting, but something just doesn't sit right with me about it. I love to look back on my years with pictures so I decided to give this blog a try.  I think it will be difficult for me to remember to post something everyday, but I'm going to try.  This might be funny for my grandchildren to see some day.

I love these boots.  They are the best thing about winter.

This is my stationary bike.  Hello, stationary bike.  Nice to meet you.  I think I will call you Paul.  I plan on riding Paul for at least five minutes everyday.  I wouldn't want to expect too much from myself.
